NOTICE Horseshoe Hills Family Recreation Inc. of Sperryville, Va. has applied for a Variance and Special Use Permit in accordance with Article Variance: Art. 9 Sec. 7, Special Use Permit. Art. 2 Sec. 1-2 (5), (13), of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

The above named applicant desires to (1) construct and operate a family campsite as per previous application No. 56, 1973, (2) construct and operate a small concession store to accommodate family campers, tourist and any patronage generaged by the existing recreational facility. (3) to obtain building permits to construct 2 buildings in the floodplain, located in Pied mont Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a m. on Feb. 14,0980, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia. The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.

The object of this suit is for a Bill of Advice and Direction (Bill for Conformity) asking the Court for certain direc tions in the administration of the Estate of Earl Edward Holmes, Deceased.

And an Affidavit having been made that Ruth Holmes, if she be living is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and George Thompson, if he be living, is of unknown address reportedly living in the Colonial Beach, Virginia, area, and that there are other unknown heirs at law, and that they have been generally described as non residents or parties whose addresses are unknown or of the general description of “parties unknown" and an affidavit having been made and filed to the aforesaid affect;

It is ORDERED that the said non resident party, namely Ruth Holmes and of the said party, George Thompson whose aoaress is unknown, if they be living, and other persons who are designated as parties by the general description of “parties unknown", do appear on or before the 14th day of March, 1980 and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

IT IS FURTHER OR DERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
