Muth moved that the variance be approved on the grounds that it would create a hardship if denied. By majority vote, with chairman Josef Gardiner and Pete Estes opposed, the variance was approved.
Following the regular meeting, the BZA went into executive session to discuss pending litigation with the commonwealth’s attorney.—D. H.
Woodville Revival
There will be revival services at Woodville Baptist Church June 23-27. The evening services will begin at 8:00 p.m. Rev. Jerry Hughes will be guest speaker and there will be special music each night. The public is cordially invited to attend.
