In execution of a deed of trust from David P. Perry, dated September 18,1978, and recorded among the land records in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 129 at page 228, default having been made in the terms thereof, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale at public auction the tract or parcel of land described in said deed of trust in the village of Slate Mills, Rappahannock County, Virginia, fronting on State Route 604 adjacent to the Slate Mills Baptist Church and comprised of two lots, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, on the 28th day of June nineteen hundred and eighty at 11:00 o’clock a.m. in front of the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
Terms: A deposit of 10% of the sale price shall be required, in cash, on the day of sale with the balance due within 30 days from the date of sale.
