There will be something extra in the bills of Centel’s 155,000 Virginia customers this month.
Customers will receive the first edition of “Quarterly Update," a publication designed to improve communications between the company and the people it serves.
The first edition included stories about steps taken to ease problems in the Charlottesville business office and problems associated with the rapid growth of Centel service areas. The publication, which will come out four times a year, will also include general information about Centel and information allowing customers to better use the telephone sytem.
