All corn producers, regardless of age, who sold com during two of the past three years preceeding September 5, 1980 are eligible. These producers must establish their eligibility to vote by properly completing and returning the certification form to the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) no later than July 24, 1980.

Eligible voters will then be mailed a ballot and a selfaddressed stamped envelope. Each eligible voter must return the ballot by mail and postmarked no later than September 3, 1980. Each completed ballot must be received by VDACS no later than September 5, 1980.

Producers who have not received eligibility certification forms may obtain them from: County Extension Agents; Virginia Corn Growers Association, P. O. Box 912, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060; the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, 203 North Governor Street, Richmond. Virginia 23219 and the VDACS office in Warsaw, Virginia 22572.
