Baptist Church will have its quarterly birthday dinner. A special invitation is extended to come and enjoy an evening of good food and fellowship. A covered dish dinner will be served.

Milton Hawkins of Washington and Roscoe Burke of Front Royal were Wednesday visitors of W. R. Burke. Wednesday Mr, Burke and C. B. Johnson visited the Rev. W. B. Dennis at Slate Mills. Clifton Clark attended the Virginia State Field Trials last week at Beaverdam returning home Monday.
