Boy Scouts in Rappahannock with an interest in photography are eligible to compete for college scholarship awards offered through Eastman Kodak Company.

The annual contest is open to all Boy Scouts between the ages of 11 and 15 who have earned the photography merit badge. Entries must have been taken after October 1, 1979, and should be mailed to Armstrong Service Center, P.O. Box 3207. Winchester, Va. 22601. postmarked no later than October 2. Contestants may enter a maximum of three photographs in each of the two categories, black-andwhite and color.
