The total number of housing units authorized in ttyt planning district by local building officials during the third quarter of 1980 increased five per cent in comparison with the same period of 1979. For the first nine months of 1980, however, approved housing units total 623, a 21.5 per cent decline from the 794 units authorized during the first nine months of 1979.
