Bill Kelly’s log house next to the Black Kettle Restaurant and Motel is crammed full of small collectibles and antiques. Weekend shoppers looking for something out of the ordinary can choose from a wide range: inexpensive items beginning^ at 25 cents and including old pictures, tools, china, bottles, glassware, hand-made lace and crocheted doilies to fine pieces of southern primitive antique furniture.
Washington Antiques is open from Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sperryviile Emporium
Your first stop in Sperryviile will be the Sperryviile Emporium, a huge old school house filled with pottery, crafts, gifts, food, and furniture.
The folks at the Emporium are boiling apple butter on Saturday.
Stop by there anytime on Saturday or Sunday and present them with your house tour ticket and you will receive a free jar of apple butter.
