To meet the challenge, PEC is expanding its current farm program to embrace the establishment of a special Farm Revitalization Committee to be composed of farmers, businessmen and other citizens and specialists, to examine, study, test, and propose solutions.
According to Harrison, the committee will operate initially within the existing budget of PEC. However, the demands and the urgency of the project are of such scope year.
