PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 16 2-3(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, the Section 15.1 431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 6, 1983 at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following application:
1) Variance Application No. 191: Martin Z. Whorton has applied for a Variance from Section 2-6 of the Rap pahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to build a pole barn fifteen feet from the property line.
The above named applicant and any other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at the said time and place or to forward their written com ments to the Board of Zoning Appeals in care of the Zoning Office. Copies of the foregoing application are on file at the Zoning Office, open Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-4:30 p.m., 675 3342.
