The Panthers started off on the wrong foot and stayed on it for the entire
Igame. They turned the ball over on their first three possessions and allowed Monroe to convert the steal into points each time. It wasn’t until the clock showed 2:30 reft in the first period that Panther Craig Williams put Rapp on the board. But the damage was already done. The quarter ended with the score 12-4 in the Dragons’ favor.
The second quarter was more of the same. The Panthers stood around on offense and defense and Monroe’s coach emptied his bench with 1:10 left in the half and the scoreboard showing 27-12.
