“I know that planning for a new building when we’re still not sure we have operational funds is like the cancer victim who’s told he has a year left to live and decides to start medical school. But I’m sure that there are doctors walking around today who were given that diagnosis,” Harris added. “Miracles do happen — particularly if you work for them.”
