RAAC's New Year Party
The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community is planning a New Year's Eve gala to welcome 1984.
The evening will begin at 8 p.m. with refreshments at the Middle Street Gallery in Washington, proceed to dinner at Trinity Parish Hall at 9 p.m. and then return to the gallery for dancing until 2 a.m.
The dinner menu includes shrimp and ham jambalaya, salad, french bread and almond tortoni.
For reservations, send a tax deductible donation of $30 per person to RAAC, in care of Mrs. Norman E. Cartwright-Brown, The Conyers House, Sperryville, Va. 22740, by December 20. Those planning to attend will not receive tickets; instead, a guest list will be kept at the gallery.
