Combine apple juice, milk, egg, candies and about 5 ice cubes in blender container. Blend on high about 15 seconds. Stop blender and add more ice and continue blending on high until all candies and ice are combined. Pour into two tall milkshake glasses and garnish with red apple slice.
Apple Breakfast Pudding
Popcorn for breakfast! Combined with apples and nuts, this dish tastes similar to granola. 11/4 cups milk 3 eggs, lightly beaten 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 7 cups unsalted popped popcorn 2 cups chopped apple 1/2 cup chopped prunes 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Conventional Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and toss until popcorn has absorbed some of the liquid and has decreased in size. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or cold with milk. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Microwave Directions: Follow directions above except microwave on high 12 to 15 minutes or until center is set, turning dish periodically.
