NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 16-2-3 (1) o» the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973. and Section 15.1-431 ol the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals lor Rappahannock County, Virinia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday. October 24, 1964 at 930 am. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virignia to oonsider the fokowing application:

SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 260: The Trustees of the Massanova Pentacostal Church have applied for a modification of Special Use Permit No. 162 (granted February 5,1962) and Special Use Permit No. 168 (granted October 15, 1962) in order to increase the enrollment of the Massanova Christian Academy (a ministry of Massanova Pentacostal Church) to seventy-five (75)students from fifty (50) students.

A Copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 am. to 4:30 p.m., 703-675-3342, and will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 17.1984 at 7:30 p.m. at foe Courthouse Building. Washington, Virignia for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 16-2-3(2), if any. The above named applicants, adjacent property owners, and other interested parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meetings or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O. Box 222, Washington, Virignia 22747-0222 in advance thereof.
