In the weeks since Ted’s death, many friends have asked about contributing to something that was important to him. Ted was intensely interested in and regularly contributed to several wildlife and conservation groups, but the one which excited him the most was The Nature Conservancy.
This is a private, non-profit group which endeavors to preserve the natural diversity by acquiring—through gifts or purchase—land that is biologically significant and maintaining these properties for the benefit of the wildlife
