Families across the United States traditionally spend Thanksgiving to* gether surrounded by good food and the warmth of family love. Ethel and Ed Bailey of Washington are no exceptions to that tradition, although their Thanksgiving is lheridly filled with family.
The Bailey's will have been married 53 years this December 23, and this year they will celebrate Thanksgiving with over 30 members of their family. “Well have at least 30 here if I don’t ask anyone else to Come,” Ethel said.
The Bailey’s will be expecting all of their children and grandchildren and Ed’s sister, Viola Lawson, from Amissville. One of their daughters, Jeannette Rawls, and her family will be coming from Pennsylvania for Thanksgiving, and another daughter, Mary Brown, and her family will be coming from Maryland. The Bailey’s son, Robert, will come from Luray with his family. Two other daughters, Marie Davis and Patricia Norwood, and the Bailey’s daughter-in-law, Joan,
