Pursuant to a Decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 9th day of October, 1984, In the partition suit brought by Alice Mae Racer and others against Russell McKinley Racer and others, Chancery number 3211, the undersigned Special Commissioner will on Saturday, the 1st day of December, 1984, at the front door of the Courthouse of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at 11:00 A.M. of that day offer for sale to the highest bidder, the following described real estate, all located In Rappahannock County, Virginia: PAWCEI, OMEt All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Hampton Magisterial District Rappahannock County, Virginia adjoining the lands formerly owned by Lucille B. Massie. Annie J. Wood et als, containing five and sixty-two one hundredetha acres (3-62/100), more or less, it being the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to the said Lucille B. Massie by Daniel Withers and Louise Withers, his wife, by deed which Is of record In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, In Deed Book 29 at Page 283. This is the same land that was conveyed to James Carroll Racer, Sr. by deed of Lucille B.
