The applicant contends that said dwelling is a single family residence; however, the Board of Zoning Appeals has determined that said dwelling is a multi-family residence. In connection with this appeal the Board is requested to determine whether the proposed location is within the Agriculture or Conservation District as defined by the zoning ordinance SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 265; Patricia SaltonstaU has applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 2-1-2(1) or 3-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to construct and maintain a residential dwelling on Lot G of the Lindgren "Whaley Tract” subdivision containing 26.88 acres (Tax Map Reference No. 21-1-G) said dwelling being as described in sketch attached to the application. The applicant contends that said dwelling is a single family residence; however, the Board of Zoning Appeals has determined that a dwelling similar, if not identical, to the proposed dwelling is a multi-family residence, In connection with this appeal, the Board is requested to determine whether the proposed location is wittvn the Agriculture or Conservation District as defined by the zoning ordinance. Copies of the foregoing applications are on file at the zoning Office and available for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 to 4:30, and will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make, if any.
