Two Endorse Parris
Two former chairmen of the Republican Party of Virginia have jumped on the Stan Parris for Governor band wagon. Gubernatorial candidate Parris announced today that Dr. Alfred B., Cramer, III, of Culpeper, and Warren French, of Shenandoah County, have formally endorsed his bid for the Governor’s seat.

• 70001 Anniversary
Warrentbn 70001 celebrates its second anniversary of service to the community on January 10th. The local employment and training eenter, with offices at 34 Beckham St., is part of 700017Titd., the national youth employment organization, with headquarters in Washington, D.C., and nearly sixty sites throughout the United States.
Specifically targeted to serve young high school dropouts, 70001 provides free pre-employment training, job referral and placement, follow-up and counseling. It also provides ABE/GD services for those who have not received their high school diplomas.
During the current fiscal year Warrenton 70001 has enrolled 19 associates and placed 11 of them in unsubsidized employment in the private sector, thus enabling them to become productive members of the Fauquier-Rappahannock community.
