Joe (Sam) Reid Frazier, 71, of Mitchells, died Wednesday, January 2 at his residence.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday at the Clone Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper by the Rev. John S. Farrar. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Frazier was a native of Rappahannock County and had Culpeper County for many y was a retired farmer.
Survivors include four _ Charles Frazier of Midland, Steve Fra zier of Mitchells, Richard Frazier of Fredericksburg and Bradford Frazier of Culpeper; seven grandchildren, two sisters, Pearl Brown of Warrenton and Fannie Frazier of Culpeper and one brother, Robert Frazier of Stevensburg. .
Preston H. Brent

Preston Henry Brent, 67, of Falls Church, formerly of Amissville, died Jan. 6 at Arlington Hospital.
Mr. Brent is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ida Shorts, Forestville, Md., and Mrs. Annie Goins, Arlington, two sons, James Brent, Herndon, and Golden Brent, Middieburg, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Joynes Funeral Home in Warrenton. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at1 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, Amissville, by Rev. Carter Alsbewy. — Interment will be at the church cemetery.
