Letter From Owners
Sam Stem, who owns the 138-acre tract along with Dan Margolis, sent a letter to Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke, which was read to the Board. “While this consideration takes place, our property is in limbo, and we are unable to proceed with our plan to sell it,” wrote Stem. “We obviously cannot do so while the county maintains the cloud of a possible condemnation (over the property).” The owners
