In other business, the council approved a special use permit application •made by Dr. Werner Krebser for the establishment of an art gallery and the maintenance of a one bedroom apartment in the Pullen building at the corner ; Main and Piedmont Streets in Wash -ton. Dr. Krebser told the counc. mat renovations would start this summer, and that the gallery would not open for approximately another year.
The council’s next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 13 at 8 p.m. During the meeting, the council will hold a public discussion on the historic district ordinance.
