Beverly Massie, chairman of the School Board, thanked Bloss and the people who helped her for the thorough presentation. “We hope that you will give the school system and the School Board your support when we do our budget and present it to the Board of Supervisors,” Massie said.
The board will begin working on the budget during March. The board plans to meet on March 5, 12, 19 and if needed, March 26 on the budget. The budget will have to be presented to the Board of Supervisors by April 1.
