ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE THIS DAY came Complainants, by their counsel, and presented to the Court a request that a Special Commissioner be appointed for the purpose of conveying title to the real estate described in the Bill of Complaint to them on the ground that their costs expended herein exceed the fair market value of said real estate, said request being filed with the papers in this cause. UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, the Court is of the opinion that the request of Complainants is a fair one and should be accepted by the Court after a reasonable opportunity is afforded to the Defendants herein to object thereto. IT IS ACCORDINGLY ORDERED that Robert T. Flynn, Jr., Caron F. White, Daryl Flynn, Marshall Flynn, Debbie Flynri, Keith Flynn, Clara F. Tolbert, Carol F. Mallory, Cynthia F. Capers, Cheryl F. Hollman, Martha Marshall, Lucy Flynn, Rose Flynn, |ohn Franklin Flinn (a/k/a John Franklin Flynn), Milly Flynn, Frank Flynn and Elizabeth Flynn, if they be living, and if they be dead, any unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of which John Franklin Flinn (a/k/a John Franklin Flynn) died seized and possessed of, whose names are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear before this Court, either in proper person or by counsel, on the 7th day of March, 1985, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, and show cause, if any they can, why the conveyance of said property to Compal inants in accordance with their above described request should not be confirmed. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk cause this Order to be published on February 28, 1985 in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Courthouse, and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file the same in the papers of this cause.
