students at Kappahannock County High School whose families are served by the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative will be eligible to enter the rural electrification oratorical contest celebrating 50 years of rural electrification.
Each high school in the Rappahannock Electric service area will conduct its own elimination and send one representative to the regional contest by March 15.
