Stuart against F, Bruce Corneal, Jr., and others. fronting on Route 622 and Main Street, in or near the

Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia,

containing 11.2739 acres, as shown on a plat

of survey of the Lucy M. Stuart Estate by Rappahannock

Surveys, Incorporated, Wayne E. Niskanen,

CLS, dated March 4. 1975 which plat is recorded

among the land records in the Clerk's Office of the

Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in

Plat Book 4 at page 29. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid land records and, in particular, Chancery File 3190, for a more complete and accurate description of the property. TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH. A deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price will be required at the time of sale, such deposit to be in cash, certified check or such other form as may be approved in advance by the Special Commissioners.
