SATURDAY, MARCH 23,1985 AT 11:00 A.M. In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated April 29. 1983 from F. Bruce Comeal, Jr. to Douglas K. Baumgardner, Trustee recorded Septemt 3r 20,1983 among the land records in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 145 at page 606, and pursuant to a Deed of Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated and recorded July 24,1984 among the aforesaid land records in Deed Book 148 at page 796 whereby said Douglas K. Baumgardner resigned as Trustee of said Deed of Trust and the holder of the obligation thereby secured appointed David L. Konick as Substitute Trustee thereof, default having been made in the payment of the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust by the maker of the note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, having been requested and directed so to do by the holder of the note, will offer for sale AT PUBLIC AUCTION on the front steps of the Courthouse Building of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County Virginia at Washington.
