During its November 27 meeting, the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) agreed to draft a letter to the Board of Supervisors, addressing the question of enforcement of special use permits and variances granted by the BZA.
The letter will be considered at the BZA’s next meeting, scheduled for December 23.
