Spaghetti dinner scheduled The annual spaghetti dinner will be held at the Rappahannock Elementary School on Monday, December 16 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Prices are: $5, all you can eat; $4, adult single serving; $2.50, child single serving under 10 years of age. A drawing will be held for a black and white TV; second prize will be a ham and third prize will be an afghan. All proceeds will benefit the annual 7th grade Williamsburg trip in March. Tickets for both the dinner and drawing may be obtained from any seventh grade student or teacher. Following the dinner, a Christmas program will be presented at 8 p.m. For additional information contact Lynne Baines at 675-3253.

Extension club Christmas party The Flint Hill Home Extension club will have their Christmas party at the home of Mrs. Paul Miller on Tuesday, December 10 at 7:30 p.m.

Beekeepers to meet Northern Piedmont Beekeepers Association will meet on December 12 at 6:30 p.m. at John’s Family Restaurant. There will be a program of how to winterize bee hives and also the election of officers. The meal will cost between $4 to $6. If interested call, 825-2233, 937-5195 or 987-8685. Also anyone interested in beekeeping is invited to attend.

4-H Christmas Open House The date for the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center Christmas Open House has been set for December 8,1985,1:30 — 5:00 p.m. The Open House was moved to a Sunday afternoon to encourage family visits, especially the families of young people who participatei in the 4-H programs.

Premium Pecans The Rappahannock Lions Club will soon be selling premium pecans.

^-H shooting sports 4-H shooting sports - If you are interested in being certified to teach shooting sports, please call the Extension office at 675-3619. There will be a training session on December 7th. You would be expected to use your skill in teaching Rappahannock County youth.
