Thomas Norris

Thomas Franklin Norris, 64, of Culpeper, died Monday, November 25, 1985, at his residence.

Mr. Norris was a native of Rappahannock County and had lived in Culpeper for many years. He was retired from the Virginia Department of Highways and was a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife: Sylvia Norris of Culpeper; a son, Robert Franklin Norris, of Culpeper; one grandson and one step grandson.

Additional survivors include one sister, Anna Ruth Gordon, of Indiana and five brothers: George F. Norris and Robert C. Norris, both of Culpeper; Tidier Q. Norris, of Indiana; John R. Norris, of Goldvein; and Walter K. Norris, of Maryland.

Graveside services were held at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Wednesday, November 27 by the Rev. Kenneth Huneycutt.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Culpeper Rescue Squad.

Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangement.
