Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lindstrom with their cousin and houseguest, Miss Edna Beuglund of Alexandria, Minn., accompanied nine other members of the Lindstrom family from California, Arizona and Minnesota to the homesteads of their grandparents in Sweden for a week of reunion.

Later they joined an America Express tour group for a fabulous trtp through northern Norway and Denmark for another two weeks. The group returned home Thursday evening.

Miss Edna Beuglund will return to her home Tuesday.

Mrs. Paul Smith and son Comer of Albany, tJa., arrived at the home of Mrs. Alice R. Wood on Monday for a visit of several days. Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hall of Camilla, Ga., who have been visiting with Mrs. Wood for several weeks have returned to their home. Miss Beth Conover accompanied the Halls home for a visit.

Visiting Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser at The Oaks Thursday were Mrs. Sue O’Bannon of Warrenton, Mrs. Earl Dooley of Lynchburg and Mrs. Leroy Hall of Camilla, Ga.

Mr. and Mrs.. Kermit Weakley visited Mrs. Carlton Dulaney and her brother Lawrence Huffman in Luray Saturday afternoon, later in the evening they visited Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Huffman and both couples enjoyed dinner at Brown’s Restaurant to celebrate the Weakleys’ 46th wedding anniversary. Happy anniversary and good luck to a wonderful couple!

Happy birthday and many more to our daughter Mrs. Ruth Ann Simmons, who will be celebrating her birthday on Thursday, August 21.

Mr. and Mrs. Troy Baker and daughters Leslie and Raven were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lynwood Baker in Warrenton.

Guests this week of Mr. and Mrs. George Bain are their son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Bain of Richmond, Ind.

Ashton Burke of Warrenton visited his mother Mrs. Charles Burke Monday. Mrs. Burke spent 'Tuesday and Wednesday in Front Royal with her son and daughter-in-lawMr. and Mrs. Cletus Burke.

Happy birthday to Roger Huff, who will be celebrating his birthday on Sunday, August 17.

Mrs. Russell Pullen is a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital, and friends tell me she is feeling some better.

We were sorry to hear of the death of Lyle Rector, formerly of Rappahannock. Our sympathy goes to his family.

Lorissa and Eric Crews of Manassas are spending this week with their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Crews.

The community was sorry to hear of the death of A. G. Farmer and extends condolences to Mrs. Farmer, his mother Mrs. Elizabeth Hall and the family.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Campbell of Frederick, Md., were guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell. Friday the Leonard Campbells visited with Mr. and Mrs. Danny Campbell and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Lillard in Front Royal.
