SHOW CAUSE ORDER
It appearing that a report of the account of James W Fletcher Executor of the Estate of Annie Atkins Cooke, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate has been filed in the Clerk s Office of this Court and that six months has elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the personal representative,
It is ordered that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate of Annie Atkins Cooke do show cause, if any they can, on the 4th day of September, 1986, at 9:00 A M. before this Court at its courtroom in the Town of Washington, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Annie Atkins Cooke to the legatees of the Estate of Annie Atkins Cooke without requiring refunding bonds.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
