Harris Chelp. Mr. Burke is the son of the late Lewis and Bessie Jenkins Burke.
Mr. and Mrs. Burke moved to Clarke County in 1940 and remained there until December 1984, when they moved to Chester.
Their three older sons, Coleman, Carl and Ray, all live in Chester. Their youngest son Forrest-liteS'in Springfield.
Mr. and Mrs. Burke have three granddaughters and five grandsons.
