Although any form of advertising requires the proper use of the term cord, the regulations state in part “...an agreement after visual inspection, between buyer and seller or the sale of fireplace or stove wood by tjie ‘truck load’ shall be permitted.”

Under the new regulations a delivery ticket or sales invoice shall contain at least the following information:

• The name and address of the vendor.

• The name and address of the purchaser.

• The date delivered.

• The quantity delivered, using the term “cord and fractional parts of a cord or the cubic meter”. The quantity upon which the price is based, if this differs from the delivered quantity.

• The price of the amount delivered.
