This shed has no window but it does have double three-foot wide doors on the long wall.
All nails used on the exterior are galvanized. The sheds are not painted, which will allow the buyer to paint them in his own choice of color.
The students applied skills learned in class, including deck framing, wall framing, roof framing, attaching siding, exterior trim and door construction.
The classes built a scale model before doing the actual construction. This helped the students visualize the carpentry practices which minimized wasted building material.
The sheds may be seen behind the RCHS shop.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the RCHS school office no later than Jan. 9, 1987 at 3:30 p.m. The highest bidder for each shed will be notified Monday, Jan. 12. The school reserves the right to reject all bids.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the building transported.
