PLANNING TO SELL?

The decision to sell your home is not usually an overnight impulse. After all, a new lifestyle will be beckoning and that is an important decision.

Before you make a firm decision to sell, make an appointment to visit an established residential agency to update yourself on current market conditions. You’ll probably want to know what is available, where and in what price ranges any home, apartment or condo which you have decided on for your new location.

Also you’ll want to know the probable net proceeds from the sale of your home and the tax consequences of the sale. Depending on whether you’ll need the cash from the sale for a down payment, you may want to consider participating in your buyer’s financing which could serve as a safe, high interest investment.

There’s a lot of information you’ll want to get before you make that decision (most of it good if you’re a homeowner). Our office would be more than happy to assist you in complete confidence.

If there is anything we can do to help you in the field of real estate, please phone or drop in at EILEEN M. DAY, Realtor, The Clopton House, Washington, Va. 22747. Phone: 675-3400. We’re here to help.
