Taking a page from RALLY’S (Rappahannock Anti-Litter League and You!) book, the Town of Washington has scheduled a clean-up day for Saturday.
Mayor Dean Morehouse said that the spring cleaning will be held rain or shine. He requested that volunteers meet at the courthouse at 10 a.m., to coordinate the effort, although residents are of course welcome to choose their own sites to clean.
