2. Judging will be based on the following criteria: (1) creative use of dairy products, (2) taste, (3) popular appeal, (4) appearance.

3. Entries should be printed or typed on a single sheet of paper with name, address and telephone number in lower lefthand corner. Directions for preparation must be clearly stated and include the number of servings.

4. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, but each entry must be submitted on a separate sheet of paper.

5. Food professionals such as food chefs, home economists, food editors and employees of state sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the contest.
