The Virginia winner will receive an expense paid trip to compete in the Regional Souper Dairy Contest in Charleston, S. C., Aug. 18 and 19. First prize winner in the Regional Cook-Off will receive $5,000, second prize $2,000 and third prize $1,000 in cash awards.
