Amend to substitute “counties and portions of counties west of U.S. Route 1-95" for "counties west of the Blue Ridge Mountains," and to change the closing date for hunting season from January 31 to the first Saturday in February.
§4. Bag limit.
Amend by eliminating the seasonal bag limit, and change the general bag limit from two per day to four per day on the Elm Hill Wildlife Management Area.
