voted unanimously to recommend approval of a special exception permit for Bruce Vierling to subdivide a nine-acre lot from his family’s 325-acre contiguous holding near the village of Flint Hill. The actual parcel from which the lot will be cut is 224.72 acres. In approving the subdivision, the commissioners noted it will be considered in judging the density involved with any fature development of the balance of the agriculturally zoned land.
• Voted unanimously to recommend approval for a resubdivision of two lots (totalling 81.29 acres) into three lots (27.7 acres, 25 acres and 28.5 acres) for fellow Planning Commissioner Werner Krebser, provided the existing dwelling unit, density is maintained. Dr. Krebser abstained from the vote.
