The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank Network is pleased to announce the presentation of a $20,000 grant from the “Hands Across America” organization. The donation was one of 45 grants made to Virginia organizations serving the hungry and homeless.
The gift was made possible by efforts of the “Hands Across America” campaign of last May, when nearly six million Americans joined hands and hearts to fight hunger and homelessness.
