Turkey. § 1. Open season-Generally.
Amended to change the closing date of the turkey hunting season from December 31 to the first Saturday in January.
§ 3. Open season-Spring season for bearded turkeys.
Amended by deleting the reference to calendar years, but retaining the current season dates: from the second Saturday in April through the second Saturday in May.
§6. Bag limit.
Amended to change the bag limits of one a day, two a license year, either sex during the fall season, to one a day, three a license year, no more than two of which may be taken in the fall and no more than two of which may be taken in the spring.

Amended to add the counties of Hanover, Henrico, Louisa and Spotsylvania; and the Powhatan, G. Richard Thompson and White Oak Mountain Wildlife Management Areas; and to delete the counties of Bedford, Pittsylvania, Powhatan and Prince George.
§ 9. Bag limit-One a day, two a license year, either sex last 12 days, in certain counties and areas.
Amended to delete the counties of Brunswick, King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Rappahannock, Richmond and Westmoreland.
