As the name implies, the show will be held on the park’s bluffs area overlooking the Potomac River. All of Westmoreland’s facilities, including the restaurant, campgrounds, swimming pool, boathouse, swimming beach, and hiking trails will be open during the festival. A concession stand offering cold refreshments and snacks will also be set up in the art show area.
