And, whereas, it is hoped this RALLY project will stimulate and encourage even more widespread and continuous roadside clean-up by all Rappahannockians,
Now, therefore, be it resolved that this board does unanimously and enthusiastically thank and commend all of those who committed themselves to this RALLY project through leadership and participation, and we do respectfully urge continuing public approbation and support for this kind of concerned citizen direct action.
