PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to 15.1-431 Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended): Proposed Admendments to Zoning Ordinance -Rappahannock County. 1. Section 3.3-5 (K) Delete "P” from “I” Industrial Column, replace in “CG" Commercial General. Delete “P" from "I” Industrial column, replace in "CG" Commercial General. Delete “P" from T Industrial column, replace in “CG" Commercial General. Delete "P" from “I” Industrial column, replace in "CG" Commerical General. Delete "P" from "I” Industrial column, replace in "CG" Commercial General; also, delete “P" from "MHP" Mobile Home Park column and replace in "HC" Highway Commerical. Delete "P" from "I” Industrial column and replace in "CG” Commerical General; also, delete “P” from “MHP" Mobile Home Park and replace in "HC” Highway Commercial. New Section, to read: NN. Taxidermist Add "SP" in columns for “C" Conservator! and "A" Agriculture. New Section, to read: Additional Standards for Taxidermist Operations. A. These proposed amendments will be considered by the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing on Monday, July 6,1987, at ten o'clock a.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Va. These proposed amendments will also be considered by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at a public hearing to be held Wednesday, June 17,1987, at seven thirty (7:30) p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Va All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and make comment.
