Denis A. Peper JrM a Fauquier County dentist with an office on Culpeper St., waff indicted Aug. 13 on two felony charges of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine, according to John R. Alderman, special counsel to the grand jury.
“I’m innocent. There’s no validity to the charges at all, and I’m anxious to have my day in court,” Dr. Peper said during a telephone interview Aug. 25. He declined further comment on the charges.
