Because of severe space limitations, the Rappahannock Library will no longer offer used books for sale in the lobby, nor will there be a shelf of "giveaway” magazines.
Instead, all large-print books have been moved to the lobby shelves where they are more readily available to readers who prefer that sight-saving format.
We will continue to have a big book-sale on the Fourth of July and will accept used books for that sale during May and June. Due to space restrictions, the library would appreciate donors storing the books until then. Especially-good sellers are children’s books, cook books, gardening and craft books, art books, mysteries, current best-sellers, paperbacks, and "collectibles.”
